The third and final episode in the Balance series features Lucas Hamilton-Bourezg, a dedicated rock climber and full-time business consultant based in Montreal. Lucas spends his weekdays immersed in client strategy and boardroom discussions. Yet on evenings and weekends, he finds his focus on the wall, navigating vertical routes with the same intensity he brings to his professional life.
Filmed both at work and in natural climbing environments, the episode captures the discipline, patience, and mental clarity required to pursue high-level climbing while balancing a demanding career. Lucas’s story is one of intentionality, of pushing limits in both work and sport, and of carving out space for physical challenge as a form of personal grounding.
