KITCO METALS

→ New Hire Onboarding video

Kitco Metals approached us to produce an internal onboarding video designed to welcome new hires and set the tone for their journey within the company. The goal was to create an engaging and informative piece that introduced incoming employees to Kitco’s executive team, highlighted the company’s rich history and culture, and reinforced the values that drive its success. More than just a standard orientation tool, the video aimed to instill a sense of pride, purpose, and excitement in each new team member from day one.

How it was used

The video became a key part of Kitco’s employee onboarding process, shown to all new hires during their initial orientation. By combining executive insights with a strong sense of company history and culture, it helped create a consistent and engaging introduction to the organization. The video continues to serve as a foundational touchpoint that reinforces Kitco’s values and sets the tone for a positive employee experience from the very beginning.
