LIEBHERR

Customer Testimonial

This project aimed to promote and effectively highlight the unique features of Liebherr’s innovative 50 XXT Truck-Mounted Concrete Pump, showcasing its capabilities through the detailed experience and trusted partnership of long-time Liebherr client LJP Construction.

Production was anchored in a documentary-style approach, centered around an on-site interview with LJP Construction’s owner. This format allowed us to capture authentic insights and firsthand experience with the pump, lending credibility and relatability to the messaging. Over the course of two shoot days, we filmed dynamic B-roll of the pump in action on an active construction site in Laval, QC, showcasing its precision, efficiency, and unique mobility. Our goal was to strike a balance between technical demonstration and real-world application, highlighting not just what the machine can do, but why it matters to those who rely on it every day.

How it was used

The testimonial video was strategically deployed across their social channels to drive organic visibility and brand credibility. Beyond its public-facing role, the content also became a valuable asset for the sales team, used by SDRs as a trusted tool to build rapport, reinforce proof of value, and accelerate conversations with prospective clients.
