Kai Washer
Founder, Creative Director
With experience working across industries from finance to mining to consumer brands, Kai combines creative direction with hands-on filmmaking to help clients translate complex ideas into clear, compelling content.
When he’s not behind the camera or in the edit suite, you’ll probably find him outside: hiking, skiing, or canoe camping somewhere off the grid. That love of the outdoors spills into his filmmaking too: a focus on authenticity, natural storytelling, and capturing real moments that resonate.
Pénélope Carreau
Head of Communications & Strategy
Shaped by her years as a PR professional and account manager, Pénélope is well-versed in crafting narratives that resonate. From media relations to influencer storytelling, and client messaging that cuts through corporate noise, she helps brands find the right words — and the right voice — to connect with their audience.
When she’s not refining scripts or shaping campaign tone, you can catch her wandering through one of Montreal’s many art galleries.
KEITH HACKETT
Production & Camera Lead
Keith has been part of the film and photography world since his youth — just ask him about his camera collection. With years of experience as a videographer, photographer, and 1st AC in the film industry, he keeps the technical side of production running smoothly while bringing a collaborative, creative eye to every project.
When he’s not on set, you’ll probably find him fishing, tinkering with gear, or building another house.
